If we have received your electronic Free  Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from the Federal Processor (CPS), there will be a dollar amount here for the cost of attendance.

Short-Term Advance Application

You must be a currently enrolled degree-seeking FAU student and registered at least half-time. Funds will be directly deposited into the student’s bank account.  Direct Deposit of funds is preferred to go to BankAtlantic accounts.  However, FAU is able to directly deposit your Short Term Loan into your existing financial institution. Apply online in MyFAU. Click on the Money Matters! tab and select "Short Term Advance Application".

To check the status of your Short Term Advance, click on Short Term Advance from the main Financial Aid menu on Self-Service.

Summer Financial Aid Application

Application is available the first business day in February. Apply exclusively online via MyFAU.  Funds are limited, so apply early.  Located under My Award Information link and then click on Award for Aid Year.  The four questions for Summer Financial Aid are located under the Resources/Additional Information tab.

Direct Deposit for Financial Aid Form

Financial Aid refunds can be directly 
deposited into your bank account.  Click on the Student Services tab from Self-Service and then click on Direct Deposit to view or update your bank account information.
