Kadeem Ricketts '14
Kadeem attended the Honors College from 2010-2014. He is originally from Hollywood, Florida and attended Nova High School in Davie, Florida. He concentrated in Interdisciplinary Economics and Ecology, writing his thesis on the Economic Optimization Capabilities of Antlions (Nueroptera Myrmeleontidae). He was extremely involved in the HC community, holding various positions on both the Campus and University-Wide level. During his time at the Honors College, Kadeem was also a Flagler Scholar and the recipient of the 2014 Talon Award for distinguished service to the University. Kadeem studied abroad at Stockholm Business School in Sweden prior to his senior year.
After the HC, Kadeem attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a law degree and an MBA in Finance from the School of Law and Olin School of Business, respectively. He is currently an associate at a law firm in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida primarily practicing in the area of Corporate Finance and Bankruptcy.
