All intramural participants must create an account on IMLeagues.com where you will create, join, or find intramural teams to play on.

Team Captains: Create a Team

Create your team in IMLeagues:

  1. Login to your IMLeagues.com account (use FAU username and password).
  2. Click the "Register" button at the middle of your User Homepage page OR Click on the “Florida Atlantic University” link at the top left to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.
  3. The current sports will be displayed; Click on the sport you wish to join to see available leagues and divisions.
  4. Click on the desired division, then click “Create Team.” Accept the waiver and complete the team information.
  5. Invite members to their team by clicking the “Invite Members” link on the team page.
    • If they’ve already registered on IMLeagues: Search for their name, and invite them
    • If they haven’t yet registered on IMLeagues: Scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” box, and input their email address
    • Note: Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to your team

Join a Team – Free Agency

Looking for a team to join? Here's how free agency works.

To Join a Team - for Players:

  1. Accept an email invitation from the team captain to join a team.
OR
  1. Login to your IMLeagues.com account (use FAU username and password).
  2. Enter team name in the Search field at top of page to locate desired team, OR click Intramural Sports, select the sport and league, then locate the desired team at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Join Team. Enter required information and Submit your request to the team captain.

To Invite Players - for Team Captain:

  1. From your team page, click Invite Players.
    • If participant already has an IMLeagues account, enter his/her name to search. If participant does not have an IMLeagues account yet, enter his/her email address.
    • You may click View to see participants to invite: My Teams (previous teammates), My Friends, or Free Agents
  2. Add any invitation message and click Send Invitations.
  3. Participants will receive an e-mail invitation and must accept the invitation to join your team.

To Join as a Free Agent:

You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you would like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or put information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.

This does not guarantee that you will be invited to join a team.

  1. Login to your IMLeagues.com account (use FAU username and password).
  2. Click the "Register" button at the middle of your User Homepage page OR Click on the “Florida Atlantic University” link at the top left to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.
  3. The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join to see available leagues and divisions.
  4. Click on your preferred league(s) or division(s).
  5. Click Register / Signup, then select Free Agent.
  6. Provide any additional information about yourself and click Submit.

To Invite Free Agents - for Team Captain:

  1. From your team’s page, select Invite Players. Click View, then Free Agents to see a list of available free agents.
  2. Click on the participant to view player information (note contact info – name, email address).
  3. Enter the participant’s name or email address to Send Invitation to join the team.
