Tyler Rodgers is a Assistant Professor of Practice and Director of the Institute for Design and Construction within the School of Architecture at Florida Atlantic University — where she currently coordinates the second-year design studios. Fundamentally, Tyler’s work challenges normative architectural constraints as design opportunities. Her research and scholarship focus on democratizing how we build and is frequently developed in collaboration with nonprofits. She has received multiple awards and her work has been exhibited at the AIA National Convention. Tyler completed her Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
