Guided by a core belief that quality design should be available to all, John J. Clark, AIA, NCARB has a community-centered body of work in architecture and real estate development. A native of Albuquerque, NM, and graduate of the University of New Mexico, Clark relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2021 as part of the Enterprise Rose Fellowship. As Development Manager with the South Florida Community Land Trust. he assists the organization in acquisition and development of transit-oriented affordable housing in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. His experience and leadership have been recognized both locally and nationally, including the 2022 AIA National Young Architects Award . Clark maintains a private practice focused on architectural services and development consulting.
