Amy Badersnider is Head of UX Workspace Design at Google, based in New York, NY. Badersnider leads a global team overseeing a $120MM workspace portfolio (designed for product teams) and tooling integrations that are critical to delivering Google’s objectives of flexibility, productivity, and improved wellbeing while inspiring breakthroughs and insights that lead to best-in-class products. She drove the inception and standardization of 10 new space designs that have been scaled across Google’s global campuses, in addition to management of a 200+ global space portfolio that welcomes 35K+ external visitors each year and drive innovation for product development across 54 product organizations.
 
Previously, Badersnider worked for Apple as a Designer and Lead Creative. She completed her professional degree in architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
