No-Show (Missed Appointment) Policy

A no-show fee of $25 will be charged to any patient who does not show up for their appointment and who has not called to cancel.

Health Care Advance Directives - The Patient’s Right to Decide

Every competent adult has the right to make decisions concerning his or her own health, including the right to choose or refuse medical treatment.

Services Not Offered

  • Excuses for missed classes

  • Emergency care, care after clinic hours and on weekends

  • Specialty physician care (i.e., obstetrics, surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, etc.)

  • Overnight infirmary services

  • X-rays and other sophisticated diagnostic testing

 

Photo ID Policy

Student Health Services requires all students to show photo identification prior to receiving health care services.

Students must show a valid student ID (Owl Card), Driver's License, or Passport at the front desk prior to each health care visit.

 

Children in the Clinic Policy

Student Health Services does not permit children in the clinic area.  Children in the waiting room must be supervised by an adult at all times.
