FAU Among ‘Washington Monthly’s’ Top 50 Universities

I am pleased to share that Florida Atlantic has been ranked among Washington Monthly’s best public and private universities, rising 26 places from last year to No. 46 for 2023. Additionally, FAU ranked No. 13 for the magazine’s “Best Bang for the Buck Rankings: Southeast” list, climbing from No. 16 over the previous year.

Washington Monthly’s “National Universities” rankings are based on three categories that aim to assess an institution’s contributions to the public good: social mobility, research and the promotion of public service. The magazine’s “Best Bang for the Buck” rankings are an exclusive category that speak to how well universities help non-wealthy students attain marketable degrees at affordable prices.
