Trubinskys Donate $10M to College of Nursing
Wednesday, Nov 16, 2022I am so pleased to share that Florida Atlantic University has received a very generous $10 million estate pledge from Holli Rockwell Trubinsky and Joseph Trubinsky to establish the Holli Rockwell Trubinsky Eminent Dean in Nursing. Their gift will create an endowed fund to support excellence in nursing leadership and education in the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.
FAU’s College of Nursing is nationally ranked by U.S. News & World Report and is known for its high-quality clinical practices rooted in compassion and person-centered care. Through this endowment, the esteemed Dean of Nursing will gain important resources needed to innovate and transform the dynamic landscape of health care. Additionally, it will enable the College to attract and retain the best and brightest leaders in nursing who are equipped to generate positive change in the profession.
Holli has served on the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing Advisory Board and the Caring Hearts Auxiliary of the Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center for many years, supporting excellence in nursing in our community. She remains dedicated to providing a “hands-on,” skills-based approach to education, reflective of the College’s mission.
I am truly thankful for Holli and Joseph’s significant gift to FAU. Holli has been a wonderful friend to the university, and I am so pleased that the Rockwell Trubinsky name will forever be linked with the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing. I look forward to seeing their incredible philanthropy create a ripple effect of care that both inspires and uplifts our communities.
