Happy Thanksgiving, Owls!

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday this week, I would like to express my gratitude for the Florida Atlantic community.

The University continues to make impressive strides in academics, athletics and community engagement — which are the hallmarks of a great higher education institution. One of our most recent achievements, rising to No. 119 on the U.S. News & World Report list of “Top Public Schools,” affirms Florida Atlantic’s significant progress on a national level. It is because of our community’s ongoing pursuit of excellence that we celebrate this accomplishment and more. I am thankful for the remarkable work of our students, faculty and staff for elevating the University to unprecedented levels.

As a reminder, Florida Atlantic will be closed from Wednesday, Nov. 22 to Friday, Nov. 24 to enjoy the holiday. I hope everyone has a safe and pleasant week. Happy Thanksgiving, Owls!
