Congrats to Our Summer Grads!
Tuesday, Aug 10, 2021
Today, FAU celebrates the graduation of our largest summer graduating class in university history! More than 2,000 Owls will receive their degrees during four commencement ceremonies.
Our summer graduates range in age from 16 to 83 and represent 49 countries. Five of our graduates received their high school diplomas in May, and now, just three months later, they are receiving their bachelor’s degrees. At our 7:30 p.m. ceremony, 83-year-old Kal Fagan will receive his fifth degree from FAU and his third master’s degree — a Master of Health Administration from the College of Business. Additionally, more than one-third of the members of this class are the first in their families to earn a college degree.
All four ceremonies were webcast and are available to view and download by clicking here.
Congratulations, Class of 2021! We are very proud of all you have accomplished here at FAU.
