Happy Homecoming Week!

It’s homecoming week at Florida Atlantic University and we are celebrating now through October 15 with a series of special events on the Boca Raton, Broward and Jupiter campuses. Be sure to join us all week long for programs including a headphone disco, comedy show, canned food competition and more. Another homecoming tradition we will be celebrating this week is the annual Talon Leadership Awards. On Thursday, October 13, we will honor FAU’s most dedicated students, faculty, alumni and supporters for their outstanding leadership and service to the University. Additionally, on Friday, October 14, we will honor FAU alumni celebrating their 50^th year of graduation by inducting them into the Majestic Owls Society. I look forward to honoring these exceptional groups of Owls at their respective ceremonies.

On Saturday, October 15, we’ll close out homecoming week with a football game against Rice University. Kickoff is at 6 p.m. As a reminder, home football games are free to all FAU students and tickets can be purchased at www.fausports.com. I hope to see you cheering our team to victory at FAU Stadium this weekend!
