Happy Hour Carts Rolling Out at the Financial Aid Office

It’s not hard to understand why the queue is so long at the Office of Student Financial Aid. The cost of a college education is on the rise while state and federal support becomes increasingly hard to obtain. As a result, students are accustomed to standing in long lines while they wait to speak with their financial aid counselors. The staff members in the office are trying their hardest to make it a pleasant experience. The friendly smiles of the “happy hour carts” welcome the students as they wait for their turn at the front of the line. FAU’s Financial Aid staff members are committed to providing our students with excellent service and positive experiences.
