Building Resources for Independence through Self-Determined Growth Experiences

Florida Atlantic CARD BRIDGE initiative provides guidance and support o transition-aged students 12-25 years of age with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related disability, their parents, and families. The transition road from youth to adulthood is a tremendous change. The BRIDGE program is here to provide expanded specialized supports and consultation to develop meaningful outcomes for adulthood.
