Leadership for Excellence and Equity (EXEQ)

STATE APPROVED PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

ExEq is a 22-month state approved master’s program in Educational Leadership. In addition to completing a masters you will also earn the Florida Professional Educators' Certificate upon successfully passing the Florida Educational Leadership Exam (FELE).

ALL IN ONE

ExEq is an accelerated program that includes the Aspiring Assistant Principal Program (AAPP) and completion of the masters. Once you successfully complete ExEq and receive your state certificate, you are eligible to apply for an Assistant Principal position in the School District of Palm Beach County.

CREATE A PROFESSIONAL NETWORK ALONG THE WAY

ExEq courses are taught by seasoned leaders within the School District of Palm Beach County who have a doctorate degree in the field of educational leadership. Additionally, students in ExEq are mentored by their school principals who support them throughout their course work and internship activities. This design allows students to develop professional relationships with leaders across the district.

WE UNDERSTAND YOUR SCHEDULE

Classes are one night a week, either Tuesday or Thursday, and every Saturday.
