FAU Food Safety Procedures

nAll Special Events involving food served to the public must obtain EH&S approval:

• nApplication must be completed for each food event and sent to EH&S:

• Food Safety Program

• Temporary Food Service Event Application

nAppropriate measures must be in place to ensure food safety guidelines are followed. (i.e. training, dish covers, temp. guards, hand washing)

• nEH&S permit should be displayed during the event
