Dolly Rebecca Parton (Composer/Lyricist) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, actress, philanthropist, and businesswoman, known primarily for her decades-long career in country music. After achieving success as a songwriter for others, Parton made her album debut in 1967 with Hello, I’m Dolly, which led to success during the remainder of the 1960s (both as a solo artist and with a series of duet albums with Porter Wagoner), before her sales and chart peak came during the 1970s and continued into the 1980s. Parton achieved commercial success again in the new millennium and has released albums on various independent labels since 2000, including her own label, Dolly Records. Parton wrote the score for 9 to 5: The Musical, a musical-theater adaptation of Parton’s feature film 9 to 5 (1980). It opened on Broadway at the Marquis Theatre in New York on April 30, 2009. The title track of her 2008 album “Backwoods Barbie” was written for the musical’s character Doralee. Parton received nominations for Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Music and Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lyrics as well as a nomination for Tony Award for Best Original Score.

Ana Marie Calise+ (Judy) is a second year MFA student. She graduated from NYU Tisch with a BFA in Drama. Ana has worked professionally as an actor, director, and writer. Mitchell B. Mackenzie+ (Franklin Hart Jr.) Mitchell B. MacKenzie Is an MFA Performance candidate, from Sacramento, California, in his second year at FAU. He has appeared as Stan in Sweat, Father in Violet, Ken De La Maize in Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, and Mike in A Chorus Line. He would like to thank his Fiancée for her support.

Joel M. Rodriguez+ (Joe, Ensemble, U/S Hart) is a second-year Domini- can-American MFA Acting candidate from Kansas City, Missouri. Zach Marullo+ (Dwayne, Ensemble) is a graduate student at Florida Atlantic University. Recent credits at FAU include Jason in Sweat, Eddie in The Musi- cal Comedy Murders of 1940 and Lyngstrand in The Lady from The Sea. Zach plans to Direct and act professionally after graduation.
Alexander Anthanasiou (Josh, Ensemble) is a young artist in the earliest phase of his music career. He is incredibly honored to be welcomed to the cast as a Freshman at FAU! Daniella Dara Coby (Missy, Intern, Ensemble) is a BFA Musical Theatre Per- formance senior at FAU with a minor in Dance. You might have seen her in recent works like A Chorus Line, Neighborhood 3, Requisition of Doom, Leg- acy of Oz, and Violet. Emilia Borean (Maria, Ensemble) is a sophomore BA theater major at FAU, she has been most recently seen as Tom/Ensemble in A Chorus Line. Emilia is also a talented carpenter. Graham Oberlink (Margaret, Ensemble) is a senior BFA Theatre Perfor- mance major. After 5 years, this is their last production at FAU. They have most recently been seen as Narcissus in Polaroid Stories and Murderer #2/Lord Stanley in Richard III. You might have also seen them perform as the drag queen, Geeez Louise in the South Florida area. They are grateful for their queerness and loving family.
Connor M. Lee (Bob Enright, Ensemble) is a third-year, majoring in Musical Theatre. When contacts aren’t breaking in his eye, perhaps he was performing in The Lady from the Sea, A Chorus Line, Dances We Dance, Neigh- borhood 3, and APO’s Wonder of the World. Anthony Blatter+ (Tinsworthy, Cop, Ensemble, U/SJoe) is a second-year MFA candidate at Florida Atlantic University. He recently received his BM in Vocal Performance and a BA in Theatre Performance from the University of Missouri. Jorge Pie (Detective, Ensemble) is a BA Performance Theatre Major at FAU. This is his second show that he is performing in at FAU. He performed in Spring Awakening in October. He was a student at Broward College and performed in productions such as A Bright Room Called Day, Dramatic Mo- ments 2019, and Both Sides of the Story. He aspires to be an actor and play different characters, particularly Sweeney Todd.
SheKendra Yvette Parrish (Doctor, Ensemble) is currently working towards a BFA in Performance with a Musical Theatre Concentration. This is her 4th show at FAU. Credits include, Music Hall Singer in Violet, Persephone in Polaroid stories, and Vicky in A Chorus Line. When SheKendra graduates she plans to continue acting as well as producing with a thriving theatre and arts company.
Olivia Beebe (Candy Striper, Ensemble, U/S Judy) is a senior in the BFA Musical Theater program. Some previous credits include A Chorus Line (Bebe), Wonder of the World (Cass), Violet (Young Violet), The Wolves (#2), Chicago (Velma Kelly), and Into the Woods (Cinderella). She’s excited to be doing such a fun show with so many friends. I will always love y’all!
Caitlin Foster+ (New Employee, Ensemble, U/S Violet) is a second-year MFA candidate at FAU. She received her BFA in Acting from the University of Florida. FAU credits: Violet (Violet), Neighborhood 3 (Gamemaster), The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Bernice), A Chorus Line (Mark). She is certified by the SAFD in Rapier & Dagger and Unarmed Combat.
Lucca Prado (Ensemble) a is a freshman majoring in Urban and Regional Planning. Moving from Brazil, to Las Vegas, Tampa and now Boca Raton, he started theatre at age 10 and has been in shows such as Mamma Mia!, Catch Me if You Can and 13: The Musical.
Marissa Spurr (Ensemble, Co-Dance Captain) is a first year BFA Music Theatre major and is thrilled to be in her second production at FAU. She was seen in Lady From the Sea as a Tourist and Hilde Understudy. Previous credits also include Cosette in Les Misérables and Rusty in Footloose.
Doriyan Caty (Ensemble) is a senior in the BFA Musical Theatre program at FAU. Recent credits include Richie Walters (A Chorus Line), and Moritz Steifel (Spring Awakening).Doriyan spent has spent his last year as the president and artistic director for The Black Undergraduate Theatre Collective. Doriyan is so thrilled to have the opportunity to perform with so many peers!
Mack Moore (Ensemble) is a freshman in the BFA Musical Theatre program, and they’re delighted to be a part of their first mainstage production at FAU! You may have seen Mack as Princess Caramel in Tony Tassa’s staged reading of Pastry Village in Studio 2. They hope you enjoy the show!
Caroline Slagle (Ensemble, U/S Doralee) is a senior pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. Previous credits include Spring Awakening, Neighborhood 3, The Wolves, Rent, and Little Women. Her work has been seen as a Choreographer, Dance Captain, Fight Captain, and has recently received 3rd place for the 2023 NSAL Florida competition in Drama.
Tina Daughtry (Ensemble) is a super senior at FAU. She has a communica- tions degree and is currently on track for her second degree, for a BA in Theater. Tina studies all aspects of comedy from writing, to directing, to stand up. It’s time to shine. Enjoy the show and stay QuarenTina.

Kimberly Wilkinson (Light Board Operator) is excited to be part of this production of “9 to 5” during her 2nd year at FAU. Most of her past theater experience was at Sol Children’s Theater where she played roles such as Miss Honey in Matilda and Pinocchio in Shrek. She also ran the light board there in a production of Peter and the Starcatcher, so she is looking forward to being back on lights.
Bryan Sanchez (Sound Designer) is a budding solo artist with ample experience in sound design and engineering from Florida Atlantic University. This rendition of 9 to 5 will be the first large-scale production he has worked on and will provide a baseline for many other theatrical/musical opportunities in the future.
Amalia Phend (Hair and Makeup) is a second-year student in the BFA Theatre Design and Technology program. You may have seen Amalia’s work earlier this semester, as Costume Designer for BUTC’s Spring Awakening. Enjoy the show!
Hannah Roebuck (Run Crew) is a senior in the BA Theatre program. She has previously worked as sound designer on FAU’s Neighborhood 3, and Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. She was
most recently the stage manager for the BUTC’s production of Spring Awakening. This will be her final show at FAU.
Jason Goetz-Stern+ (Asst. Technical Director) is a first-year MFA candidate in Design and Technology and is Assistant Technical Director for 9-5. He worked as a carpenter at Delray Beach Playhouse for Somethings Afoot, Noises Off, Plaza Suite and Grease and at Lauderdale Performing Arts Center’s for Its Always Patsy Cline and 42nd Street.
Rebecca Lucatero (Faculty Technical Director) received her B.A. in Theatre and MFA in Theatre Design & Technology from Florida Atlantic University. After graduation, Rebecca became the
Instructor in Technical Direction for FAU. Rebecca teaches production and drafting classes and serves as the technical director for the mainstage productions.
Nicole Perry (Choreographer/Intimacy Coordinator) is a Silver Palm award-winning intimacy director and two-time Broward County Artist Investment Grant awardee for dance. Career highlights include intimacy for God Forbid (Hulu) and a Carbonell nomination for intimacy in To Fall in Love (TheatreLab). Nicole is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Dance at FAU.
K. April Soroko (Scenic Designer) has designed more than 120 theatrical productions as a Scenic Designer and/or a Costume Designer. She has designed for The Yale Repertory Theatre, Playwright’s Horizons,
The New York Musical Theatre Festival, NC Shakes, Triad Stage, Florida Studio Theatre and The Maltz Jupiter Theatre. She is a member of the United Scenic Artists Local 829 and an Associate Professor of Scenic Design at FAU. www.aprilsoroko.com
Carley Knotts (Stage Manager) is thirlled to be the stage manager for this production of 9 to 5. Her SM credits include In The Heights and 35MM both with Measure for Measure Theatre. Toby Ambros (Asst. Stage Manager) is a current student in his final year at FAU. He has worked in many facets of theatre, most notably assistant stage manager for Polaroid Stories here at FAU. He wants to get

Caryl Fantel (Music Director/Conductor/Pianist) is a Carbonell, Silver Palm and Remy Award-winning Music Director who has performed from Carnegie Hall and Off-Broadway to
Seattle’s acclaimed 5th Avenue Theatre, and many other regional theatres. Also a composer and vocal arranger, Caryl has supervised vocal groups for performances at the Tony Awards and the South Florida presentation of Hugh Jackman’s World Tour, played for renowned Broadway performers, been Producer and Music Director of the Carbonell Awards, and regularly presents audition workshops. She is thrilled to be Music Coordinator for FAU’s BFA in Musical Theatre program.
Ted deChatelet (Director) is a professional actor, director, teacher and fight choreographer who has worked extensively around the country. Film and television credits include Wild, Grimm, The Librarians, The Wonderland Murders, Saturday Night Live, and numerous commercials. He is an Assistant Professor at FAU and teaches acting for camera.
Cate Gonzalez (Asst. Stage Manager) is a second year student in the BFA Musical Theatre program. This is her first time assistant stage directing at FAU. Her recent credits include Wendla U/S in Spring Awakening, Aunt Em in The Legacy of Oz, and Jack's Mothers in Into the woods. She is beyond excited to take on a different responsibility in the show, and hopes you enjoy!
