In preparation for Hurricane Matthew, Florida Atlantic University will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5. All non-athletic events are canceled through Sunday, Oct. 9; Athletics will communicate game schedules as they become available.

University offices are scheduled to re-open on Monday, Oct. 10 and regular classes will resume on Wednesday, Oct. 12, after the fall break. Periodic updates will be available via the FAU homepage at www.fau.edu, the University advisory page, the FAU hotline 1-888-8FAUOWL (832-8695), email, text, phone and local media outlets.
