Today kicks off Women’s History Month, our nation’s annual celebration of the important role women have played throughout American history. Here at FAU, we honor women with a number of events taking place across our campuses, including discussions, career workshops, movie events, the Women’s Leadership Institute conference, and more.

From FAU’s earliest days, women have been essential in moving the university forward as a world-class center of education, research and community engagement. From professors to coaches to executives to administrative staff, women have guided the university’s growth and helped to build its reputation for excellence.
