FAU recently kicked off the 2017 Owl’s Nest Society Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign, an opportunity for employees to invest in the future of the university.

Last year, more than 900 Owls donated to the Owls’ Nest in support of scholarships, program enhancements, athletics, faculty development, research and more. The total amount raised was an outstanding $426,795 … but I think we can do better. This year, I challenged our faculty and staff to raise $500,000! If everyone who participated last year continued to give the same amount, and everyone who didn’t participate committed to donate just $2 per pay check, we would easily exceed that goal. Plus, there are many different funds to support in every college and division, so faculty and staff can choose to give back to whichever FAU cause tugs at their heart strings.
