Research - He is past president of the Florida Political Science Association and the author of Mediation, Citizen Empowerment, and Transformational Politics, (1995), Praeger Publishers (awarded American Political Science Association, Best Book in Transformational Politics-1995), and editor of Transformational Politics: Theory, Study, and Practice (1998). He has published numerous journal articles and book chapters on policy analysis, conflict analysis, and political economy. His research has focused on International Political Economy, Environmental Policy Analysis, Political Risk Analysis, and Globalization.
