Distinguished University Professor of Law and Humanities
at Florida International University and New York Times
weekly columnist. The presentation, titled “Academic
Governance, First Amendment Rights, and Who Runs the
University Anyway?” is offered as part of the College’s
Distinguished Scholar Lecture Series.
