Jeffrey S. Morton is Director of the FAU Leon Charney Diplomacy Program, which was established in 1996. The Leon Charney Diplomacy Program trains undergraduate students in the art of negotiation and sends them to represent the university at national diplomacy competitions. Professor Morton received his Master of Arts degree from Rutgers University and his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. Jeffrey Morton is a professor in the Department of Political Science.
