Julie Tomanio earned her BA in Studio Art from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. She worked in FAU’s OIT Department for almost 4 years and was the founder of the Owls Esports Gaming Student Organization in 2019. She aided in the integration of the esports arena on campus, where she assisted with Varsity Level Collegiate Esports Competitions. Her interests are animation, video game art, trading card games, and music. She is currently the Program Assistant for the Phyllis & Harvey Sandler School of Social Work at FAU.
