School Adds Legal Expert to Full-Time Faculty

Anita Blowers, Ph. D., has been promoted to a full-time member of the faculty in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice as a teaching professor and the director of the Legal Studies continuing ed program.

Interim Director of the School, Cassandra Atkin-Plunk, Ph. D., praised Blowers’ years of consistency and excellence when asked about the promotion. 

“For the past couple of years, Anita has been serving as a visiting instructor and the legal studies coordinator,” Atkin-Plunk said. “She has done a fantastic job in these positions, and we are happy to now have her as a permanent member of our faculty!”
