DSW Alumni Heather DeStefano Takes Lead as Palm Health Foundation Director of Grants

Heather DeStefano, DSW, has joined Palm Health Foundation as the new Director of Grants and Community Partnerships! With her newfound duties, DeStefano oversees the management of the foundation's grant-making and scholarship programs. She received her Doctor of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice degree from Florida Atlantic University and currently serves on the Phyllis and Harvey Sandler School of Social Work Professional Development Community Council.

Throughout her career, DeStefano has worked with thousands of residents at Palm Beach County's top nonprofit health and human services organizations, such as Community Partners of South Florida, Mental Health America of the Palm Beaches, and The Lord's Place. She will continue to serve the community in outstanding fashion as Director of Grants with Palm Health Foundation.
