Top Recipient of FAU Cares Funding: Social Work & Criminal Justice

The College of Social Work & Criminal Justice received nearly $500,000 in CARES ACT funding  – the most of any FAU college, unit or program. These much-deserved resources will support our faculty’s outstanding work and the creation of three new certificate programs - 1) Behavioral Health Professionals Leadership, 2) Telemental Health and 3) Community-Oriented Policing - as well as additional equipment for the Criminal Justice Decision-Making Simulation Lab that will be used to optimize research and instructional capabilities.
