2021-2022 University Faculty Service Award

Dr. Adam Dobrin, associate professor in the School of Criminology & Criminal Justice, recently received the University Faculty Service Award for 2021-2022 for his notable service to our local and regional communities. He has been a volunteer reserve deputy with the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office over seven years.
Dr. Dobrin’s professional and leadership skills in volunteer policing were recently recognized by the Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer Alliance Board where he was designated a Certified Volunteer Police Leader. This University-wide award will be presented to Dr. Dobrin during the annual Honors Convocation on April 13.
