RJ Stamper brings over two decades of distinguished experience in higher education, marked by a proven track record in strategic planning, fundraising, communication, and engagement. With a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from the University of Florida, RJ's academic background strongly underpins his multifaceted career journey.

As the former Director of External Relations at Florida Atlantic University's Libraries, RJ led transformative initiatives in marketing, communications, and engagement. His role was instrumental in developing groundbreaking programs that promoted student success and engagement, aligning these endeavors with the university's strategic objectives. RJ's influence extended to the establishment of strong partnerships across campus and nurturing relationships within the community.

Prior to his tenure at FAU, Stamper served as the Director of Alumni Relations at Nova Southeastern University and Director of Outreach at the UF Alumni Association. His tenure at both institutions was marked by a substantial boost in alumni engagement through strategic partnerships, innovative programs, and effective marketing campaigns.

With a wealth of experience in project management, relationship cultivation, and the implementation of successful strategies, RJ's appointment as the new Director of Community Relations and Programs promises to usher in a new era of collaboration, partnerships, and impactful opportunities within the College of Social Work and Criminal Justice.
