Here for Winter Break?
The University-wide Winter Break will last from Monday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Jan. 1. During Winter Break, some offices will be closed and others will be operating on limited hours. Certain offices, such as Counseling & Psychological Services, have 24/7 services available for students who are in need of assistance. Tap the button below to see the full schedule.

MLK Day of Service
Join us in honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through service and giving back to our community!
Donate and Make a Difference: For every 3 nonperishable goods you donate, you'll earn 1 volunteer hour!
How Your Donations Help: The food will be used during the MLK Jr. Day of Service at The City of Boca Raton's Unity Celebration. Students will pack and decorate bags of supplies for Boca Helping Hands, spreading hope and care to those in need.

WeLead: Community Engagement Conference is a one-day experience supporting the attendees' ability to become changemakers by encouraging collaborative leadership strategies within the Greater Florida Atlantic community.
Attendees of the event will:
- Refine their leadership skills and strategies to facilitate collective action among others
- Share ideas and best practices related to group and project management
- Engage in civil discourse about issues facing the Florida Atlantic community and surrounding areas
- Network and coalition build with other individuals to serve their common purpose

The SPRING 2025 Short Term Advance Application from the Office of Student Financial Aid opened on December 2. The application will be available on the Money Matters link on MyFAU under My Resources. Students may borrow up to $750 for purchasing textbooks, other educational expenses, or unanticipated living expenses.
