Requests which fall into this category include, but are not limited to:
- Staff Portraits (headshots)
- Event Photography (candids, groupshots)

- Marketing upcoming events
- Departmental Service Awareness
PROJECT TIMELINES
Please use the guide below to plan your project. Timelines are dependent on receipt of all necessary information.
Photography:
- Requests should be placed minimum of 7 business days prior to event
- Editing: 7 business days after session
Videography:
- Requests should be placed minimum of 7 business days prior to event
- 5 business days (Rough Cut)
- 5 business days after Approval (Final cut)
All timelines may vary depending on level of work required.
