Charles E. Schmidt College of Science Among “U.S News & World Report’s 2023 Best Graduate Programs”

The Best Graduate Schools rankings in these areas are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school’s faculty, research and students.
Schmidt College of Science 2023 “Best Graduate Programs” include:
- Earth Sciences (Geosciences) at No. 148
- Mathematics at No. 155
- Physics at No. 162
- Psychology at No. 185
- Biology at No. 203
- Chemistry No. 204

About the Schmidt College of Science
The college offers graduate degrees in fully accredited programs through eight departments and two independent degree program areas. Over 41 degree programs are offered at the Schmidt College of Science, graduate programs include: 15 master’s, two professional master’s programs, and seven Ph.D. programs.
