Heart Failure and Fatigue Study
Fatigue is a common and very distressing symptom. A short questionnaire that adequately measures fatigue will help providers to diagnose this symptom in individuals with heart failure.
You are invited to participate in the study that will test whether the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale adequately assess fatigue in Individuals with Heart Failure.
Benefits of Participation: Participants may benefit from participating in this study in that they will have their fatigue severity evaluated.
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You were diagnosed with heart failure
- You are not hospitalized
- You can read and understand English
- You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with access to the Internet
You cannot participate if you currently have COVID-19 or long COVID-19, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, COPD, emphysema, or if you are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy
PARTICIPATION INVOLVES:
Responding to five online brief surveys that will take between 30 to 40 minutes to complete
After completing all the surveys, you will receive a U$ 20.00 gift card by email.
