Peter J. Holland, M.D.
After completing his psychiatry residency and research fellowship at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Dr. Holland worked for IBM Corporation as a Physician Specialist. Dr Holland then established a private practice and founded Boca Raton Medical Research where he was the principal investigator of over 75 double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials. Dr Holland led the first clinical trials at Florida Atlantic University beginning in 2004. In addition to being the Medical Director of the FAU Clinical Research Unit, Dr Holland is the Psychiatry Clerkship Director at the Schmidt College of Medicine-FAU. Dr Holland has additional qualifications in Geriatric psychiatry, is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
