IPE&P Foundational Level Program
Designed to provide developing health professionals with the knowledge, skills, values, and ethics required to collaborate effectively in order to promote the health and wellbeing of their patients/clients, families, and communities. Includes orientations, online modules, Meet & Greet, and Senior Aging Geriatrics Educators (SAGE) Visits.
Participants include: year-1 medical students, MSW students, junior freshmen direct admit (FDA) and accelerated nursing students, and year-1 pharmacist students.
Geriatric Screening & Assessment
Simulation lab activity for Geriatric Review of Systems in preparation for the Senior Aging Geriatric Educator (SAGE) visit.
Participants include year-1 medical students and social work advance standing students.
Script Your Future Team Challenge
A national campaign to raise awareness about the importance of medication adherence and vaccine hesitancy as a vital first step toward addressing health disparities in minority and medically underserved communities.
Participants include: year-1 medical students, MSW students, junior freshmen direct admit (FDA) and accelerated nursing students, and year- 1 pharmacist students.
