Course Description: Technology in healthcare is constantly advancing, and the future of telehealth continues to increase beyond expectations. This online telehealth certificate course provides the essential knowledge to deliver skilled telehealth services with competence and care. The course focuses on telehealth platforms and models for practice, evidence-based telehealth technology, quality improvement measures, and regulatory, reimbursement and policy factors. Experts will explore additional telehealth topics focused on improving care delivery and interprofessional practice for specific populations. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to engage with each other and experts in the translation of telehealth technology in practice.
