Thank you for your interest in our program. We invite you to learn more about the process for candidates below. The FAU Hospice & Palliative Medicine Program offers 1 Fellowship position annually. Fellowship eligibility guidelines are described in Section III A of the ACGME Hospice and Palliative Medicine Common Program Requirements. Both residents and mid-career physicians in the following specialties are encouraged to apply:

Child Neurology

Emergency Medicine

Family Medicine

Internal Medicine

Neurology

Obstetrics & Gynecology

Pediatrics

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Psychiatry

Radiology

Radiation Oncology

Surgery

Admissions Information

  • Applicants must have completed an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency by the start of the fellowship year.
  • The FAU Hospice & Palliative Medicine Program participates in the NRMP Fellowship Match and uses ERAS for applications. Our NRMP number is 1586540F0.
  • Please refer to the ERAS timeline posted annually for the application timeline.
  • We support applications from J-1 visa candidates.
