Biography

Dr. Buckley completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where he became interested in medicine and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Dr. Buckley earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Long School of Medicine. He concurrently completed a master’s in public health with an emphasis in biostatistics as part of the MD/MPH program.

Dr. Buckley completed his emergency medicine residency at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He went on to complete a fellowship in Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography returning to the University of Arizona. Dr. Buckley then returned to FAU to join the department as core faculty.
