Paul Scarpinato joined Dr. Jason Hallstrom’s team with their work on effective communication and inductive charging for ocean swarm robotic. He tested the effect of radio transmission through water. Using this information, the team aims to find the best communication method for the amount of information they need to transfer and for the distance needed to travel.
