Students who have a complaint about their educational experience at Florida Atlantic University, which complaint is not resolved through internal University procedures, may contact the following agencies for assistance:

SACSCOC Complaint Process

Individual contact with the SACS Commission on Colleges about FAU’s accreditation status should occur only if there is evidence that appears to support significant noncompliance with a requirement or standard and must follow the Complaint Procedures Against SACSCOC or Its Accredited Institutions policy.
