Having Alcohol on Campus:

As an institution of higher education, Florida Atlantic University is committed to providing a campus environment free of the abuse and illegal consumption of alcohol.  Alcohol will only be permitted in settings that do not inhibit the full participation of those that choose not to drink alcohol and that comply will all Federal, State, Municipal, and County Laws and/or Ordinances.  In addition the use of alcohol on University grounds must comply with all University Policies and Procedures, including this Alcoholic Beverages Policy, and all health and safety regulations.
In addition, Chartwells and Chartwells' Catering are the only authorized retailers of alcoholic beverages on FAU property.

Anyone wishing to serve alcoholic beverages on University property must comply with this policy and complete an Alcohol Program Registration Form. It is recommended that should you wish to have alcohol at your event, you read the entire policy which can be accessed from the link below.
