Smart Vending 

Overview

Feedback amongst companies and organizations is often times difficult to gather but crucial for future development and growth. The objective of the Smart Vending Project is to increase engagement/completion of post surveys amongst consumers. This is accomplished by implementing a reward system for completing a task, in this case completing a survey. In return, consumers receive a code to redeem at a vending machine for a prize. This system utilizes a microcontroller alongside a web application to accomplish this goal. 

Community Benefit

This system will make an impactful increase in survey completions for companies, organizations, or businesses. By increasing post-survey engagement, improvement and development amongst companies can increase as crucial feedback gathered can increase as well.
