Overview

Each Office Depot store offers copy and print services, where customers can copy or print documents with a variety of different printing and finishing options. Stores often develop an in-store queue of customers waiting to use the service. Currently, there is no system in place to manage the queue and customers become irritated with the lack of organization. Our project aims to fix this problem.

Community Benefit

With these systems in place, customer experience and satisfaction will skyrocket. Employee-customer interactions will be smoother and more streamlined thanks to the queue system. When a customer is next for print & copy services, the employees will already have the information needed to assist the customer. This will ultimately lead to faster, better service.
