Tracking Construction Time Management

Abstract
On every construction site/project, there is always a need to improve certain aspects of the job and do certain tasks more efficiently. The focus of this project is to create an efficient time management tool for Turner Construction employees. Features in the new tool include the integration of weekly work plans from trade partners and tracking from the beginning of the construction process until the project is totally completed. Community Benefit: Users will manage their weekly tasks by leveraging the technology to streamline, sync and organize their work to ultimately improve efficiency.
