Customer Sentiment Analysis for Office Depot

Abstract
Using AWS Snowflake, the goal of this project is to quantify customer sentiment and use this information to improve customer service at Office Depot. The end product is a generated report that indicates where improvements are needed in order to increase positive customer sentiment. Community Benefit: Increased focus on local customer and businesses resources will provide a better customer experience and help the local economy.
