Building the Dashboard Module for the Creation Content Pipeline

Project 28

Overview:

The Dashboard Module for the Content Creation Pipeline is a critical component in the United States Navy's initiative to efficiently manage its vast array of training materials and manuals. Our team has developed a cutting-edge, real-time monitoring system that interfaces with an existing message broker infrastructure. Utilizing React for the frontend, RabbitMQ for message handling, and MongoDB for data storage, we've created a robust, scalable solution capable of processing diverse content types. The dashboard provides real-time visualization of pipeline activities, including content creation progress, document management, and metadata updates. Our system employs Docker for seamless deployment, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration with existing modules. This project demonstrates advanced software engineering principles, combining modern web technologies with efficient data management to solve complex organizational challenges.

Community Benefit

This Dashboard Module significantly enhances the United States Navy's capability to manage and utilize its extensive training and educational resources effectively. By providing real-time insights into the content creation pipeline, the system streamlines the process of cataloging, updating, and accessing critical training materials, ultimately improving the Navy's operational readiness and educational efficiency. This project showcases Florida Atlantic University's commitment to developing innovative solutions for real-world challenges, preparing students to make significant contributions in high-stakes technological environments.
