Palm Beach Atlantic University has requested a state-of-the-art building for their expanded curriculum of computer science, physics, and engineering. The new facility design has been created to surpass the criteria needed for environmental sustainability, targeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. The facility, which was created for future expansion, includes retail space, three levels of parking, and two floors of ample academic rooms for both student and faculty use. The overall project design displays the commitment to energy efficiency by adhering to LEED guidelines for sustainable materials and resources.

Community Benefit

The integration of adaptability allows the University to focus on future educational growth. The final design and layout impact not only the University, but also the surrounding community.
