Overview
Division by Zero has diligently been working on an exciting new office building for the expansion of the world’s number one truss manufacturing company, A1-Industries. The Division by Zero team is implementing sustainable, innovative, state of the art technologies in the building design. It is our goal to make sure that all of the owners wants, needs and more are incorporated in the final plan for the office building. Once completed, two floors containing a total of 32,000sqf of dynamic space will accommodate the 14 individual offices, 2 spacious conference rooms, IT closets, and open spaces to be used as the needs of the business change. A first floor parking garage leads to the centrally located elevator which will whisk personnel and guests to the first or second floor lobbies. Don’t feel like driving, no problem. There is a rooftop helipad for those certain situations where cars just don’t get the job done right. Once completed the office will achieve a gold certification in L.E.E.D points.
