We are happy to share the amazing talent and entrepreneurial spirit of one of our NRT trainees, Yherzon Chura Ruiz.  Yherzon is completing his Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and has already been accepted for a PhD in Computer Science with Data Science and Analytics concentration starting Summer 2023. 

Yherzon attends many conferences and maintains a close relationship with all new things happening around the technology field. His day-to-day studies and research push him to go further and try new opportunities. He has been working on an idea of his own at Tech Runway.

Tech Runway is a collaborative working space where ideas get transformed and developed to become products of innovation and possible successful businesses.

On Friday, March 31st, 2023, Adams Center for Entrepreneurship hosted the FAU Business Pitch Competition. An amazing event where lots of talent gets showcased and marvelous ideas get presented. The event’s keynote speaker was Tim Sperry, Founder and Inventor at Carbon Limit & Smog Armor. The event was well attended and included participation from Dr. Daniel M. Gropper, Dean, FAU College of Business, Dr. Roland E. Kidwell, Director, FAU Adams Center for Entrepreneurship & Chair, Department of Management Programs, and Dr. Kevin C. Cox, Associate Director, FAU Adams Center for Entrepreneurship. Among all these accomplished individuals, Yherzon had the opportunity to present his unique business plan, aDubb.

“aDubb’s mission is to empower end-consumers of media content to access automatically generated dubs in their language of choice. Thus, breaking the language barriers to access foreign language media with the help of proprietary AI models and systems.”

His brightness and motivation earned him 2nd Place for Business Pitch Competition!
