Congratulations to Cohort 2! (Fall 2022-Summer 2023)

It is with great pleasure that we announce the successful completion of the second cohort of NRT students. On August 14, 2023, we gathered to celebrate their accomplishment and provided them with advice from one of our industry collaborators, Armando Escalante. In this cohort, we had a total of eight fully funded students from different disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Cell & Molecular Neuroscience, Psychology, Applied Science, Computer Engineering and Computer Science receive certificates in NSF – HDR Graduate Traineeship in Data Science Technologies and Applications. Additionally, we had one non-funded student who also completed the program.  

This was yet another great cohort with many success stories, publications, patent applications, great research and collaborations. The trainees experiences in this program along with their passion to excel has led to four students applying to continue their studies pursuing Ph.D. degrees.
